President and Chief Executive Officer, Member of the Board of Directors

John Bartleman has been TradeStation Group’s chief executive and a member of its board of directors since April 2016. He joined the company in 1999 as a product manager. Prior to being named chief executive Mr. Bartleman served in several TradeStation Group roles, including Vice President of Product Management, Chief Growth Officer and Vice President of Brokerage Operations (2012-2016), as well as TradeStation Securities’ President (2015-2017) and Vice President of Product Management (2009-2014). Mr. Bartleman was also the chief executive of TradeStation Crypto, Inc. until it was sold, and serves as a board member of TradeStation Group’s operating subsidiaries. Prior to joining the company Mr. Bartleman was a Senior Research Systems Analyst at Templeton Global Investors, Inc. (1995-1999). He has a bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Florida International University and an MBA degree from Nova Southeastern University.

Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors

Takashi Oyagi joined TradeStation Group in June 2011, upon its acquisition by Monex Group, Inc. (TYO 8698). He became the Executive Chairman of the company in April 2025. He is also a board member of TradeStation Group’s operating subsidiaries. In addition, Mr. Oyagi serves as the CFO and a board member of Monex Group, the Lead Non-Executive Director of Coincheck Group N.V. (Nasdaq CNCK) and the Chairman of 3iQ Digital Holdings Inc. He was one of the four founding members of Monex Group’s predecessor company (in 1999). Mr. Oyagi also served as a Director in the Global Markets Division of Deutsche Bank Securities, Inc., in New York (2004-2007), and in the Asian Special Situation Group at Goldman Sachs (Japan) Ltd., trading non-performing loans (1998-1999). He began his career in finance in 1991 at the Bank of Japan. Mr. Oyagi has a bachelor’s degree in Law from the University of Tokyo and an MBA degree from the University of Chicago.

Chief Operating Officer of TradeStation Group, President of TradeStation Securities

Peter Korotkiy, TradeStation Group’s Chief Operating Officer since April 2026, joined the company in October 2015 as Chief Operating Officer of TradeStation Securities. He has been President of TradeStation Securities since April 2017. Mr. Korotkiy also served as TradeStation Group's Chief Brokerage Officer from 2018 to 2026. Prior to joining the company, he served as Vice President – Brokerage Operations and later as Chief Operating Officer of tradeMONSTER (2007-2015), an online brokerage firm that merged with OptionsHouse LLC in 2014 and then sold in 2016 to E*TRADE Financial Corporation. Prior to tradeMONSTER, Mr. Korotkiy served as Director – Global Trading/Product Development of E*TRADE Securities LLC (2004-2007), Senior Manager – Global Trading, Margins, P&S, at E*TRADE Clearing LLC (1999-2004), and as an Investment Executive at Vanguard Capital (1997-1999). Mr. Korotkiy holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Georgia.

Chief Technology Officer of TradeStation Group, President of TradeStation Technologies

Michael Fisch joined the company as TradeStation Group’s Chief Development Officer in April 2014 and was appointed Chief Technology Officer in April 2016. He has also been President of TradeStation Technologies since April 2016. Before joining the company, Mr. Fisch had been with SunGard companies since 1999, first as an IT Manager of SunGard Financial Networks – Prescient Markets (1999-2002), then Director, IT & Operations, and Vice President, IT & Operations, of SunGard Transaction Networks (2003-2009), then Senior Vice President, Product Development, and Chief Technology Officer of SunGard Wealth & Retirement Administration (2009-2014). Mr. Fisch holds a bachelor’s degree, summa cum laude, in Psychology and History from the State University of New York (SUNY) Brockport.

Chief Growth Officer of TradeStation Group, Chief Growth Officer of TradeStation Securities

Tom Hammergren, Chief Growth Officer of TradeStation Group and TradeStation Securities, joined the company in April 2009 as Director of Client Services. Through his years with TradeStation, he served in roles including Senior Director of Client Services (2013–2016), Vice President of Client Services & Sales (2016–2020), and Senior Vice President and Chief Customer Officer (2020–2026), managing global teams supporting retail, institutional, and B2B clients in each capacity. Prior to joining TradeStation, Mr. Hammergren served at E*TRADE Financial from 2004 to 2009 in its Corporate Services Division, where he built the company’s East Coast Corporate Services operation, and later as a member of the Product Management group, where he led product development for the company’s flagship Equity Edge platform. Prior to E*TRADE, he served in senior roles within the 401(k) administration division at Wachovia Corporation(2002–2004). Mr. Hammergren holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and Management from the Joseph A. Butt School of Business at Loyola University New Orleans.

Chief Financial Officer

Robert Moy joined TradeStation in June 2021 and is currently CFO of TradeStation Group. Prior to that, Mr. Moy was Senior Vice President, Finance. In his current role, Mr. Moy is responsible for overseeing TradeStation’s Finance and Accounting operations, including Financial Planning & Analysis, Treasury, Tax, and Corporate Accounting functions. Mr. Moy participates in both the TradeStation DEl Council and the TradeStation Cares Committee. Prior to joining TradeStation, Robert was the Global Controller for Western Asset Management (2011-2021) and Managing Director, Head of Financial Reporting of Legg Mason (2002-2011). Prior to Legg Mason, Mr. Moy held additional positions including Senior Audit Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLC.  Mr. Moy holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Drexel University, is a Certified Public Accountant and member of the American and Pennsylvania Institute of CPAs.

General Counsel, Secretary

David Schubauer has been TradeStation Group’s General Counsel since April 2024. He joined the company in 2017 as Vice President of Legal, Corporate & Securities and then served as Senior Vice President, Legal from 2019 until earning his current position. He also served as General Counsel of the company’s subsidiary TradeStation Crypto, Inc. from its formation in 2018 until it was sold in 2024. Prior to TradeStation, Mr. Schubauer briefly served as General Counsel of a technology start-up based in Fort Lauderdale, FL and, prior to that, was a partner (2012-2016) in the corporate and securities group of Miami-based law firm Bilzin Sumberg Baena Price & Axelrod LLP, having joined Bilzin Sumberg as an associate (2006-2012). Prior to moving to Miami in 2006, Mr. Schubauer was an associate (2003-2006) in the corporate and securities group of the New York law firm Sichenzia Ross Friedman Ference LLP. Mr. Schubauer has a Juris Doctor degree, magna cum laude, from New York Law School and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration (major in Finance), with honors, from the University of Florida. Mr. Schubauer is admitted to the Bars of the States of Florida and New York and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
