There's more to our benefits than just great insurance. The culture at TradeStation Group emphasizes benefits to all aspects of our employees' lives.

We are what we are because of our people. Here's what they have to say about working for TradeStation Group:

"Working for TradeStation Group is different from any other company, in my opinion, because your ideas are respected, your accomplishments are recognized and rewarded and, most importantly, you are given the opportunity to grow."
Loren Lopez,
Executive Assistant
"Working at TradeStation Group is more like being part of a family. Many of us spend time with each other beyond the end of the working day, which makes the work environment itself that much more pleasant."
Greg Szeto,
Customer Support

TradeStation Group offers an excellent salary/benefits package for full-time employees that recognizes talent, rewards performance, and even makes your days off a little more fun!

Employees who regularly work a minimum of 30 hours per week will be eligible to participate in TradeStation Group's comprehensive Group Insurance Benefit Programs effective the first day of the month following thirty (30) days of employment.

The plan is designed primarily to provide protection from the serious financial burden of illness or injury. This benefit pays for a substantial part of the health care services you and your family may need. The plan provides two options; an Open Access HMO plan and a Point of Service ("POS") plan. TradeStation Group pays 100% of the premium cost for employee coverage under the HMO Plan. You may add medical coverage for your eligible spouse and child(ren) up to age 19, or age 25 if a full-time college student. Dependent and POS coverage are available for an additional cost.

The Dental Plan is a voluntary employee benefit that pays for a substantial part of major dental treatment and regular, preventive dental care services. It provides you with two options: A Dental Managed plan and a Preferred Provider plan.

The Vision Care plan offers you and your family a benefit option that covers all routine eye care, including in-depth eye exams, eyeglasses and contact lenses.

This is a voluntary plan where you will increase your take-home pay by lowering your taxes. The plan allows you to pay your portion of the employee group medical and dental costs with pre-tax dollars. You will not pay Federal or Social Security taxes (FICA) on your pre-tax contributions. This may reduce your future Social Security benefits, although any reduction should be minimal in comparison to your tax savings. You will also be able to pay for other expenses with dollars that will never be taxed: unreimbursed medical expenses up to a maximum of $2,400 per plan year; employment related dependent daycare up to $5,000 per plan year; and premiums for certain private health insurance policies that you own. You will be eligible to contribute to a flexible spending account for these items after six months of employment.

This plan is designed to protect your survivors. TradeStation Group provides the life insurance and AD&D insurance benefits at no cost to you. The life insurance benefit amount that the beneficiary may receive is one times the insured's (employee's) annual base salary up to a maximum of $200,000 and an equal amount of coverage for AD&D.

You will be able to purchase optional life insurance coverage for yourself and your eligible dependents at group insurance rates. This coverage is in addition to the basic life insurance that the company provides. The optional life insurance coverage may be purchased in units of $10,000 not to exceed the lower of $500,000 and 5 times your annual base salary. A spouse is eligible for 50% and dependent child(ren) are eligible for 10% of your amount of coverage.

This voluntary plan allows employees and employee family members to benefit from Accident Expense Insurance managed by Allstate Financial. This optional insurance pays cash benefits to you and your family in case of an accident (occurring on or off the job.)

This voluntary plan pays up to $2,500 on diagnosis in addition to lifetime financial protection for employees and employee family members.

This plan allows employees to benefit from low-cost legal services from a leading provider of prepaid legal plans in North America. The benefits provided are both voluntary and completely confidential.

This voluntary plan will provide income to you equal to 60% of your current weekly salary to a maximum of $1,000 per week if you suffer from a disabling accident or illness that is not work-related. Benefit payments will begin after you have been unable to work for 15 days and will continue for up to 11 weeks while you are disabled.

This voluntary plan will provide income to you equal to 60% of your current monthly salary to a maximum of $6,000 per month if you suffer from a disabling accident or illness on or off the job. Benefit payments will begin after you have been unable to work for 90 days and you will continue to receive payments to age 65.

The EAP is a professional, confidential counseling program for you and your family should you need help in resolving personal problems, whether marital, financial, legal or other. You and any family member living in the same household are eligible for three counseling sessions per year at no cost.

It's never too early to plan for retirement. The TradeStation Group Employee Savings Retirement Program, established under section 401(k) of the Internal Revenue Code, was designed to make it easier for you to take the first step towards saving today for tomorrow's needs. You are eligible to participate in the TradeStation Group 401(k) Savings Plan following completion of three months of employment if you regularly work a minimum of 1,000 hours annually. The enrollment occurs quarterly, every January 1, April 1, July 1 and October 1. You may elect to defer between 1% and 60% of your pre-tax dollars. Participants older than 50 may do a catch-up contribution. Contributions are subject to annual dollar limits set by the IRS. The company may add to your savings a discretionary matching contribution. Any company matching contribution will vest in 20% increments over a five-year period, which means in 5 years you will be 100% vested for any matching contribution made today. Employee contributions are 100% vested at all times. You automatically become 100% vested in your matching contributions if, while you are employed, you attain age 55, die or become permanently disabled.

TradeStation Group is a publicly-traded company (Nasdaq: TRAD) and, every six months, you can purchase up to a maximum of 500 shares of the company's common stock. The purchase price will be 85% of the Fair Market Value on the Purchase Date, i.e., the last trading day of the Offering Period (rounded up to the nearest one ($0.01) cent).

Annual stock option grants will normally be given near the end of each year or the beginning of the following year. Currently, all full-time employees (once they are with the company six months) are eligible for annual stock option awards. Performance results and base salary determine the number of annual stock options employees are eligible to receive. In the event an eligible employee has not been employed the full year, but has a minimum of 6 months of service, the annual stock option award is prorated.

Full-time employees with six (6) months of continuous service are eligible for vacation leave based on the length of service. Vacation is earned on a monthly basis commencing on the date of employment and is credited on the last pay period of each month. Part-time employees regularly scheduled for a minimum of twenty (20) hours weekly will receive vacation proportionate to their scheduled hours of work.

Holiday Schedule includes nine (9) paid holidays as follows: New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Washington's Birthday, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. All full-time employees are eligible for holiday pay.

Full-time employees with three (3) months of continuous service are eligible for five (5) sick days and three (3) personal days per year. These days may not be carried over to the following year, and you will be paid for any unused accrued days at the end of the calendar year.

To reward you for your hard work and to provide a social gathering for all employees and their families, it is TradeStation Group's practice to sponsor an annual family picnic, holiday party, and other events.

Florida is the land of theme parks, and TradeStation Group offers you discounts to attractions like Universal Studios Florida and Wet n’ Wild. Enjoy AMC and Muvico theater tickets at discount prices. Also, employee discounts and special pricing are available for BJ's Wholesale outlets, cellular phones, car rentals and more.

TradeStation Group provides coffee, tea and hot chocolate daily and breakfast every Friday morning, two free movie tickets on your birthday and makes available on-site dry cleaning service three times a week.
